Is responsible for business performance and investor relation Gustaf is active in Airline and MRO Strategic Management and Certifications, Aircraft Acquisitions.
Gustaf is a seasoned aviation executive with more than 30 years of global experience in aviation industry, civil aviation regulatory affairs, aviation technical operation management, legal regulatory, international business development, market intelligence, quality management system, asset management, logistics management, process improvement, project management, contract negotiation, cross functional and people & developing management, executive decision making.
Pedro Prados
Chief Legal Officer
Is responsible for legal and transaction management, compliance and corporate affairs.
Pedro brings over 20 years of legal experience in commercial, corporate, tax, civil, consumer protection, and competition law, providing advice to national and multinational companies, expert in tax law and tax planning, expert in civil aviation and compliance with aeronautical regulations, experience in the application of regulations on the prevention of money laundering and counter-terrorism financing.
Pedro also has significant capital markets experience, including public and private equity and debt offerings, securitizations and public and private transactions, both domestic and cross border, in the aviation industry and other sectors.
Abdiel Fernandez
Chief Flight Operation Officer
Abdiel serves as our Chief Flight Operation Officer, with responsibility for all technical matters related to aircraft performances, flight planning, aircraft relocations, airline performance analysis as to achieve operational performance excellence and safety management.
Abdiel with over 28 year of experience in the aviation industry have developed a multidisciplinary carrier encompassing a wide range of operational, strategic and leadership roles such as director of aviation safety, presidential pilot, narrow body and wide body captain on prestigious transport category airlines, Air traffic controller.
Abdiel has combined his extensive experience within aviation industry as flight instructor and business entrepreneur, he has lead multidisciplinary teams on complex aviation operation and overseen aviation safety at strategic levels.
Ramon Ortega
Chief Technical Operation Officer
Ramon and serves as our Chief Technical Operation Officer, with responsibility for all technical matters including drafting and negotiating lease and purchase agreements as well as maintenance contracts.
Ramon brings to the team more than 35 years of experience on the airline industry with successful record as directly responsible of prestigious transport category airlines, proven track record on maintenance program, strategic management on “heavy and line maintenance”.
Ramon experience comes from a hands-on technician all the way to having the opportunity of managing and leading teams, execute projects and manage different divisions within an airline maintenance department.
Eric Varela
VP Technical Operations
Eric has been in aviation for over 30 years and has held various strategic positions within the aircraft maintenance industry including MRO’s, Airlines, VIP Operations and EASA & FAA CAMO organizations.
Erich also holds extensive experience on the piston and turbo prop aircraft market. He has been directly responsible of the technical operation of major regional airlines and VIP Operations.
Eric comes from a hands-on technician / Field Service support of regional and commercial aircrafts all the way to having the opportunity of managing and leading teams within Maintenance Repair Organizations.
